No Return Policy

At Wrrens, we take great care in ensuring that all our products meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and dispatched. This is to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, as well as maintain the integrity of our products.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, you may do so before the order has been dispatched. Please reach out to us at info@wrrens.in with your order details as soon as possible. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
